Jeanné Wynne Herring is an accomplished actor, director, and producer with over 30 years of experience in entertainment. Her versatile talent spans theater, film, and multimedia productions. Known for her rich alto voice and compelling performances, Jeanné has graced the stages of various productions, including "Intimate Apparel," "Clybourne Park," "Rocky Horror Show," and "Into the Woods," showcasing her prowess in both lead and ensemble roles.

As a director, she recently helmed Manoa Valley Theatre's 2023 Christmas Radio Show, “It’s a Wonderful Life,” receiving praise for her creative vision and ability to engage audiences. Jeanné is also set to direct Manoa Valley Theatre’s, “ What the Constitution Means to Me,” opening January 23rd, 2025, further solidifying her reputation in the theater community.
In addition to her acting and directing roles, Jeanné is a dedicated producer and writer. She founded Excellence Happens, LLC, where she has developed the "The Lolita Gentry Project" and several impactful productions, including “For Colored Girls Who Considered Suicide When the Rainbow Was Enuf” and “The Colored Museum.” Her work often addresses social issues and brings underrepresented stories to the forefront.

Jeanné has a B.A. in Theater Production from Santa Clara University and has trained with esteemed professionals in voice, dance, and acting. She continually hones her craft, demonstrating expertise in a variety of performance styles, from comedy to stage combat. With a passion for storytelling and a commitment to her artistic community, Jeanné Wynne Herring is a dynamic force in the world of entertainment.
